This is a free tool. There are no ads, nothing is sold, and there are no tracking pixels or outside analytics scripts anywhere on it. Below is everything it actually holds about you, in plain terms.
What we collect
If you sign in
Signing in with Google gives us your name, your email address, and your profile picture. Nothing else. The tool asks Google for three basic permissions and no others, so it cannot read your Gmail, your Drive, your Calendar, or your contacts, and it could not do so without asking you again from scratch.
What you tell us
Your business name, your website address, your city, and every answer you give during a session. This is the plan. It is the reason the tool exists and the thing it saves for you.
If you paste notes into the box for what you've already written down, the notes you paste are kept with your plan, along with the facts the tool reads from them, so your sessions and your plan can draw on them. They are deleted with the plan.
If you add files on your plan page, they are read and deleted right away. The files themselves are never kept. Only the facts read from them are kept with your plan, and they are deleted with the plan.
What we read about your business
We fetch your website the same way a search engine does, and we look up your business on Google Maps. Both are public. We do not sign in to anything of yours, we do not change anything, and we do not touch any part of your site that is not publicly visible.
If you do not sign in
You can use the first part of the tool without an account. To stop one person from running it thousands of times, we turn your IP address into a scrambled one-way code and count against that. The code cannot be turned back into your IP address, and your actual IP address is never written down or logged.
How you use it
The tool keeps its own record of which screens you reach and what you tap: that you picked the second line, set a question aside, opened a move or copied its words. It is how we find the places the tool is confusing without having to ask you. It records choices and counts, never the words you type, which are already in your plan. It lives in the same database as your plan, no outside service is involved, and it is never shared or sold.
Before you sign in, that record is tied to a random code your browser makes up, not to you. If you sign in on the same browser, the visits before and after join your account.
If you send feedback
The Feedback button, and "Something off?" during a session, send us your note and the page you were on, plus, during a session, the question you were looking at and the answer you had given, so it can be understood without a back-and-forth. Before you sign in, a note is tied to the same random browser code as the record above, not to you.
Where it goes
Everything is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon in the United States. Your answers are sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which is what writes the draft text back to you. Anthropic processes that text to generate a response and does not use it to train their models. The notes you paste go the same way, to be read into facts, and so does the text of any file you add. A file you add is held in Vercel's file storage only for the moment it takes to read it, then deleted. Those two companies, plus Vercel, which serves the site and holds those files for that moment, are the only outside parties involved. Nobody else receives your information, and none of it is ever sold or shared for advertising.
How long we keep it
Your plan, and the record of how you used the tool, stay until you ask us to delete them. Files you add are deleted as soon as they are read. Daily usage counts are kept briefly and only to enforce limits.
Getting it back or getting rid of it
Email founderagentapp@gmail.com and ask for a copy of your plan or for the whole thing to be deleted. Deletion removes your account, your plan, its history and the record of how you used the tool. There is no form to fill out and no reason you need to give.
Children
This is a tool for people running a business. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what happens to your information, the date at the top changes and anyone with a saved plan gets an email before it takes effect.
Who to ask
founderagentapp@gmail.com. A real person reads it.
