Short version: the tool is free, the plan it makes is yours, and nobody can promise you a search ranking. The rest is detail.
What this is
A free tool that helps you work out the story your business is telling, checks whether there is room for it where you are, and gives you a short ranked list of changes to make. You can use it for your own business or a business you are planning.
What it is not
It is not a guarantee. The moves it gives you are drawn from how search engines and AI assistants currently behave, and those change without telling anyone. Doing everything on the list may move your visibility a lot, a little, or not at all. Anything the tool says about timing is an estimate, not a commitment.
It is also not legal, financial, or tax advice. If a move touches licensing, contracts, or money, talk to someone qualified.
Your plan is yours
Everything you write stays yours. Take it, publish it, paste it into your website, hand it to an agency. We claim no ownership of it and we will not use your plan as an example without asking you first.
Using it fairly
Use it for a real business. Do not script it, resell it, or run it against sites you have nothing to do with. There are daily limits in place and hitting them repeatedly will get access cut off.
Your account
Keep your Google account secure, since that is the only key to your plan. You can ask for your account and plan to be deleted at any time by emailing founderagentapp@gmail.com.
Availability
This is offered as-is, with no warranty, and it may be unavailable at any time. It may change or shut down. If it shuts down, anyone with a saved plan gets enough notice to take a copy first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using the tool or acting on what it says. It is free, and the decisions remain yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
